The birth preparation includes information about the physiology of birth, the cocktail of hormones, natural and medical pain relieves, options during birth, the place of the partner, different exercices, moves and positions for birth, massage techniques, acupressure points, rebozo, etc.

• 4 weeks of TENS machine renting
