This year, I decided to create a new package, optimised for a better companionship and an earlier start of our collaboration.
Decide if this new package is for you or if you prefer a classic alternative. The choice is yours, as usual!
On top of these prices, travel expenses will be added (taxi, personnal car fuel...)
Mistral - New!
Monthly prenatal visits of 2h each (starting from the month when the contract has been signed)
Design of a birth plan conformed to your situation and wishes.
Free access to my "birth library" and possibility to borrow material such as a gym ball and TENS unit if available.
We will practise different positions to prepare birth in a peaceful atmosphere and find the best pain reliefs for you (massage, acupressure, etc.)
I will be available for you two weeks before the birth.
Don't be afraid to call or text me at any time of the day and night.
Labour and birth:
Continuous support during labour and birth
Breastfeeding guidance within the hour following birth
1 postpartum home visit (2h30), including a postpartum dish, within 6 weeks after the birth.
We will write a report, an appraisal and share impressions.
We will have a "sealing" ceremony (3h) + yoni steam which will heal your body and mind of new parent and nurture your soul.
Free of charge and optional: Placenta print (blood print without frame).
is it the right package for me?
You like the convenience and confidence meeting your doula on a regular basis brings. It is a reunion that you can look forward to.
You work a lot and this monthly meeting forces you to disconnect from your job and focus on your pregnancy.
It is your first birth and you really need to learn everything about birth.
You find this package is the most interesting for you financially because you anticipate and are in the beginning of your pregnancy.
It is the right package for you just because.
BREEZE
2 prenatal visits of 2h each.
Design of a birth plan conformed to your situation and wishes.
Free access to my "birth library" and possibility to borrow material such as a gym ball and TENS unit if available.
We will practise different positions to prepare birth in a peaceful atmosphere and find the best pain reliefs for you (massage, acupressure, etc.)
I will be available and reachable 2 weeks before your due date and will attend your birth. If I can't attend I will send you a backup doula.
1 postpartum home visit (2h30) including a postpartum dish within 6 weeks after the birth.
We will write a report, an appraisal and share impressions.
is it the right package for me?
It is your second or third birth. You had a doula before or a solid partner who was carrying multiple hats (lover, friend, advocate, doula) and would now like to focus on being only your birth partner. You are very confident and appreciate the comfort a doula brings with.
It is your first birth and this package fits your budget and expectations.
You are not sure what to expect, your friend suggested a doula and you want to give it a try.

Mother's blessing / Blessing Ceremony: where we celebrate you, your strength and beauty. Where your friends come to show love and support in your coming transition.

We will practise different positions to prepare birth in a peaceful atmosphere and find the best pain reliefs for you (massage, acupressure, etc.)

If you wish a birth keepsake such as a placenta print (tree of life), count on me. This will be free of charge.

It is your second or third birth. You never had a doula before and want to offer yourself this gift.
Or you had a doula before but a different one and you need time to get to know your new doula and develop trust and intimacy.

We will talk about the birth, your fears, hopes and expectations regarding feeding methods.

You are planned for a c-section/belly birth.
You are scared of the operation or you want to make the best of this experience and you look forward to meet your baby.
You want to enjoy your pregnancy no matter what, get informed about the procedure and restrictions in place and prepare the birth with your personal touch (music, smell, etc).
You won't have a partner at birth and you need a familiar face to experience this transformative journey.
You would like someone to take a few pictures of your first encounter with your baby or babies.
You need someone to stay with you a little bit after birth to initiate breastfeeding or you want a little company until your partner comes with your elder children.
You had a previous c-section and you want this one to be different.
You want someone to play your favourite music or remind the personel to keep your placenta.
