• 2 hour visit to optimise your baby position, ideal start at 20 weeks, last chance at 34 weeks max. I demonstrate the correct moves to you (and ideally to your partner).
• This is a MUST in your pregnancy tool to facilitate labour, increase the chance of avoiding an external cephalic version (ECV), to make room for your baby, breathe better, move freely and connect with your baby.
• This concerns all pregnancies if you have no contraindications such as a glaucoma, hight blood pressure or regular vaginal bleedings that necessitates extra surveillance.
• This is the perfect PREPARATION and PREVENTION tool so your baby is head down, chin tucked in.
• This brings COMFORT now and later at birth.
• It can correct a non-optimal position such as a transverse, oblique or breech baby or make a vaginal breech birth smoother.
• It helps baby A to be optimal and achieve a vaginal twin birth
• It helps avoid interventions during labour (synthetic oxytocin or suction cup for example)

• We look at your individual medical situation, fears and hopes

• We review your options concerning the desired place of birth, your birth team, the start of labour, the atmosphere, your coping strategy, the interventions on your or your baby, the baby care, the placenta, your feeding preferences, etc.

• We create a beautiful visual birth plan with icons, easy to read by the medical team

• 1 month rental (including a new pack of 4 electrodes)

• Ideally order to get it 2 weeks before your due date (earlier for a multiple pregnancy)
